HC Company announces another partnership as the General Contractor for Owner/Developer Kennedy Wilson Multifamily out of Bellevue, Washington. The two new projects are major clubhouse renovations for Riverpointe Apartments located at 6200 N. River Pointe Drive in Garden City and Rosewood Apartments located at 930 N. Maple Grove Road in Boise. The Architect on the projects is The Architects Office and the construction schedule calls for a mid-July Completion date.
HC Company announces another partnership with Rocky Mountain Management & Development on a mixed-use development in Caldwell, Idaho. The name of the development is the College Marketplace, a 7.0 acre site with multiple lots zoned for commercial occupancies. The scope of this initial phase is mass grading, utility infrastructure, roads, sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation. The civil engineer on the project is KM Engineering and the schedule calls for a mid-July completion.

As of July 5th HC Company will be opening an office in Missoula, Montana with local ownership. Our expansion into this new market will open the door for new opportunities not only in the local Missoula market, but will also makes us much more competitive through-out Montana and eastern Idaho. HC Company is proud to announce a new project continuing our relationship with Owner/Developer Hawkins Companies. The scope of the project calls for the redevelopment of an existing retail site located at 1636 E. Idaho Avenue in Ontario, Oregon. The new retail facility will be a 6,082 square foot multi-tenant building. HC Company will partner with BRS Architects on the project and the target completion date is set for April 2017.
HC Company continues our relationship with NAPA Auto Parts announcing two new retail and parts store projects. The locations of the two Idaho stores are Burley Avenue in Buhl and S. Lincoln Avenue in Jerome. The Architect for the projects is Larson Architects, P.A., the construction start is mid- April and completion is slated for October of this year.
HC Company, showing its diversity for commercial projects announces a unique new project for a indoor shooting range facility. Independence Indoor Shooting Range is the client and the project is located at the Gramercy Development off of Overland Road in Meridian, Idaho. The scope of the project is to construct a new 24,836 SF facility that includes a café, classrooms, retail space, gunsmith and multiple shooting bays. The upgraded exterior finish includes fluted metal panels, textured block and stucco. HC Company is partnering with NeUDesign Architects on the project and completion is scheduled for March 2017.

The 26,000 square foot project was completed on schedule enabling a successful store Grand Opening on Friday November 13th. Best wishes to the Boise CO-OP as they venture into a new market with their second Treasure Valley location.
HC Company announces a new project at the existing 5-story 100,000 sf Washington Group Plaza 1 building located on Broadway Avenue in Boise. The new Owner is St. Luke’s Hospital and the scope of the renovation tenant improvement project is to create a medical office building and medical support staff occupancy. HC Company is partnered with CTA Architects in a Design Assist / General Contractor role. The project is currently in the early stages of procurement and demolition with a completion date set for June 2016.
HC Company announces a new contract with private Owner Ten Mile Investments, LLC to provide General Contracting services for a new Pawn One store. The site for the ground-up 9,000 square foot retail project is just north of the Ten Mile Road and Ustick Road intersection in Meridian. The architect is Slichter Architects and substantial completion is scheduled for March 31, 2016.
