Project Description

HC Company served as the CM/GC for a new ground-up Multi-Tenant Commercial Retail Shopping Space. Our team developed preliminary budget pricing, evaluated cost control, and finalized a construction budget that fell within the Owner’s criteria. The final design consisted of masonry walls, steel joist and metal deck roof with light gauge steel stud and stucco veneer accents. The building was equipped with a fire suppression system, HVAC curbs, plumbing, and electrical tie-ins for future tenants. Exterior site work included complete build out of the parking lot, custom landscaping, and site amenities.
