Project Description

In the heart of Meridian you’ll find the Boise CO-OP, a beautiful, modern grocery. We are very proud of the partnership we had on this project with the Boise CO-OP and CenterCal Properties, LLC. This was the Boise CO-OP’s first expansion with a new store in Meridian, Idaho, and has been a huge success. Schedule was critical to open the store for the Holiday shopping season. Layout and planning for owner furnished equipment was also key to the success of this project.
