Ten Mile Creek Retail

HC Company announces the mobilization on another new project continuing our long-term relationship
with Brighton Corporation. The scope of the project is for a new 8,144 square foot multi-tenant retail
shell building. The location of the project is off of S. Meridian Road in the Ten Mile Creek retail
development in Meridian, Idaho. The architect for the project is Larson Architects P.A. and the schedule
calls for a March 2018 completion.

Northpointe Retail

HC Company announces the ground breaking on the Northpointe Retail project for Owner/Developer Blackhawk Meridian, LLC. The scope of the project is for a 12,000 square foot speculative retail shell building with prospective retail tenant improvements to follow. The project is located on the NW corner of McMillan Road and Linder Road in Meridian, Idaho. The architect for the project is Slichter-Ugrin Architecture and the scheduled completion date is for April 2018.

Cornerstone Health Care

HC Company announces another project continuing our relationship with TPC East End Holdings, LLC. The location of the project is 1675 E. Riverside Drive in Eagle, Idaho and the scope of the project is for a two-story, 17,315 square foot commercial building shell and core. Additionally, the project will include an entire second floor tenant improvement for the Cornerstone Health Care offices. HC Company will team up with Lindgren:LaBrie Architecture on this project and the completion is slated for mid-February 2018.

Eide Bailly

HC Company announces another new project continuing our relationship for repeat client Eide Bailly accountants. The project is a Phase II corporate office expansion in their current location at the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Boise. The architect is the Babcock Design Group. The schedule calls for an accelerated early August completion date.

New Hire Announcement

HC Company adds Cameron Murphy to their Boise office staff in the role of Project Engineer. Cameron graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Management and a minor in Business Administration. His background experience ranges from large projects such as libraries, schools, warehouse distribution centers, high-tech, big-box retail, and assisted living to smaller projects such as retail vanilla shells, tenant improvements and office remodels. Being from the Portland Oregon area, Cameron enjoys spending time in the Idaho outdoors with his wife, Mary Leigh and their daughter, Olivia.

WestVet Animal Clinic

HC Company announces the ground breaking of another exciting new project. The Owner is WestVet Animal Emergency and Specialty Clinic, the site is located on Chinden Boulevard in Garden City. The scope of the project is new construction for a two-story 36,170 square foot veterinarian surgery and emergency specialty care clinic. HC Company is serving in a Design Assist / General Contractor role partnered with Larsen Architects on the project and the scheduled completion date is November of this year.

Kennedy Wilson Multifamily

HC Company announces another partnership as the General Contractor for Owner/Developer Kennedy Wilson Multifamily out of Bellevue, Washington. The two new projects are major clubhouse renovations for Riverpointe Apartments located at 6200 N. River Pointe Drive in Garden City and Rosewood Apartments located at 930 N. Maple Grove Road in Boise. The Architect on the projects is The Architects Office and the construction schedule calls for a mid-July Completion date.

College Marketplace

HC Company announces another partnership with Rocky Mountain Management & Development on a mixed-use development in Caldwell, Idaho. The name of the development is the College Marketplace, a 7.0 acre site with multiple lots zoned for commercial occupancies. The scope of this initial phase is mass grading, utility infrastructure, roads, sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation. The civil engineer on the project is KM Engineering and the schedule calls for a mid-July completion.

Missoula Office Announcement

HC Company is excited to announce that as a result of our on-going success, we are taking an opportunity for continued growth outside the state of Idaho.  As of July 5th HC Company will be opening an office in Missoula, Montana with local ownership.  Our expansion into this new market will open the door for new opportunities not only in the local Missoula market, but will also makes us much more competitive through-out Montana and eastern Idaho.  Our tenured personnel on the ground in Missoula will have almost 20 years of combined experience with HC Company in Boise.

Ontario Retail Project

HC Company is proud to announce a new project continuing our relationship with Owner/Developer Hawkins Companies. The scope of the project calls for the redevelopment of an existing retail site located at 1636 E. Idaho Avenue in Ontario, Oregon. The new retail facility will be a 6,082 square foot multi-tenant building. HC Company will partner with BRS Architects on the project and the target completion date is set for April 2017.
